KEF R8a Meta

KEF R8a Meta. Dolby Atmos height and surround speaker.

The R8a Meta can serve as a surround or rear speaker with the integrated wall mount feature, or be placed upon another speaker for Dolby Atmos height to bounce sound off the ceiling - bringing Dolby Atmos to the room with no need for custom installation. It has a 12th generation Uni-Q array with MAT to steer the sound precisely where it is needed.

A suite of class-leading technological innovations drawn from The Reference: Metamaterial Absorption Technology absorbs 99% of unwanted sound for a pure and natural result, the 12th generation Uni-Q array acts as a single point source to enlarge the sweet spot, and hybrid aluminium bass drivers with greater excursion deliver tight, deep, controlled bass. The microfibre grilles are precision-cut with 1,801 holes per driver so performance is ensured even when the drivers are covered.

Finishes: Black Gloss / White Gloss / Walnut.
