AUDIO BASTION DX-4 RACK

DX-4: Functional BeautyDX-4 belongs to Audio Bastion's X-Rack Series, their flagship range since its first launch in 2018. Audio Bastion call the concept "Functional Beauty" - the point where design and structural quality meet without compromising either one.

The combination of parts is chosen for value as much as looks, which is why the X-Rack line remains Audio Bastion's best-selling range for a desktop headphone or DAC stack.

DX-4: Hand-Polished Stainless SteelDX-4 is built from hand-polished 304 stainless steel and alloy frame parts - a material Audio Bastion has trusted for years - assembled onto solid shelves finished in flat black.

The rear of the rack is left completely open, so cables and connections stay accessible and never have to be routed around a solid back panel.

DX-4: Built for Headphone Amps and DACsDX-4 is sized for a headphone amplifier or DAC stack, carrying 15 kg bottom shelf, 10 kg per upper shelf across its 4 shelves. Check that the feet of your component sit fully within the shelf surface before loading it.

Placing an amplifier or DAC on a dedicated stand rather than stacking it on other gear improves both the airflow around the chassis and the physical space available on the desk.

DX-4: Two FootprintsDX-4 is available in two footprints: standard at W388 x D298 x H475 mm, or large at W508 x D388 x H475 mm - the same height and shelf count, just a wider and deeper base for bigger components.

Both versions share the same open-rear frame and hand-polished finish, so the choice comes down to the footprint of the equipment being stacked.
