Muo: Racetrack Driver with P-FlexMuo uses a 58 x 117 mm racetrack mid/bass driver rather than a round one, because an oval fits far more radiating area into a slim portable body. A 20 mm tweeter handles the top end, driven separately.
The surround uses P-Flex, an origami-inspired pleated profile that is stiffer than a conventional roll surround. It resists deforming under pressure, so the cone travels further and more accurately - which is where the 43 Hz bottom end comes from in a speaker this size.

Muo: Power and BatteryMuo runs a 30 W Class D amplifier on the mid/bass driver and a 10 W Class D on the tweeter, reaching 90 dB SPL at 1 m. Music Integrity Engine DSP keeps the cone linear at the excursion levels that output demands from a small enclosure.
Battery life is up to 24 hours at moderate volume, and a full charge takes about two hours over USB-C. The same USB-C port also carries audio directly from a laptop at up to 48kHz/16bit.

Muo: Built to Be CarriedMuo is rated IP67, so it is fully dust-tight and survives immersion - not merely splash-resistant. It operates from -20 to 45 degrees C, and the plastic components use post-consumer recycled material.

Muo: Pairing and CallsMuo connects over Bluetooth 5.4 with aptX Adaptive, SBC and AAC, and pairs instantly through Google Fast Pair or Microsoft Swift Pair. Two units can be joined as a True Wireless Stereo pair, or many more linked together over Auracast.
A speakerphone with noise and echo cancellation handles calls, and the KEF Connect app manages EQ, pairing and firmware. Muo measures 216 x 82 x 59 mm and weighs 740 g.
