LIFE AUDIO GOLD MK 3 AC POWER

Gold MK 3: The Flagship TierGold MK 3 sits above LD-5 MK II as the flagship tier of Life Audio’s cable range, offered across power cord, RCA, XLR and speaker cable variants.

The Gold MK 3 line has been reviewed in the Thai audiophile press as Life Audio’s reference-level offering, priced roughly double the mid-tier LD-5 MK II family. Life Audio was founded in Bangkok in 2014 by Voravut Winasuntu, who had already spent close to a decade working alongside international high-end audio manufacturers before starting the brand.

Gold MK 3: Heavier Gauge ConductorsGold MK 3 AC Power steps up the conductor gauge over LD-5 MK II, aimed at power amplifiers and integrated amps that draw the most current under dynamic peaks.

As with the rest of the range, the extra conductor material and shielding is what separates the Gold MK 3 tier from the LD-5 MK II family in both price and stated performance.

Gold MK 3: Gold-Plated ConnectorsGold MK 3 AC Power terminates in a heavier three-prong IEC C13/C14 connector pair with gold plating on both male and female contacts, matched to the connector quality used across the rest of the Gold MK 3 family.

The cord’s outer jacket is built to the same rack-friendly flexibility as the rest of the LD and Gold lines despite the heavier internal gauge.

Gold MK 3: Standard LengthGold MK 3 AC Power ships as a 2.0m cord as standard; a custom length can be ordered through the dealer for an unusual rack position.

A full Gold MK 3 loom - power cord, interconnects and speaker cable - is Life Audio’s top recommendation for a system built entirely around their own cabling.
