KC62: Uni-Core TechnologyKC62 uses Uni-Core, where two opposing 6.5 inch drivers share a single motor system and their voice coils overlap as they move. Because the coils occupy the same space rather than sitting end to end, the cabinet can be roughly a third of the volume a conventional pair would need.

The two drivers still fire in opposite directions, so their reaction forces cancel and the cabinet stays still. KC62 reaches 11 Hz - 200 Hz (+/-3dB) from an enclosure measuring just 246 x 256 x 248 mm.

KC62: Inputs and FiltersKC62 provides a variable low pass filter from 40 Hz to 140 Hz plus an LFE position, and connects through RCA phono sockets or speaker-level inputs - so it suits an AV receiver and a stereo amplifier without a subwoofer output equally well.

KC62 also has a line output with its own high pass filter, adjustable from 40 Hz to 120 Hz or bypassed. That lets you relieve the main speakers of the deepest bass rather than running them full range alongside the sub.

KC62: Three FinishesKC62 is offered in Carbon Black, Mineral White and Titanium Grey, each on a curved cabinet with no visible driver - the two 6.5 inch units fire from the sides, so from the front it reads as a solid object rather than a speaker.

Power is 100 - 240 V, 50/60 Hz. At 246 x 256 x 248 mm and 14 kg, KC62 fits beside a desk, under a console or in a corner where a conventional subwoofer of this capability simply would not go.
