As a plinth-mounted design, the spikes thread into the speaker’s base plinth rather than the cabinet itself, keeping the fitting process straightforward for a floorstanding tower.

PQ1 Spike Kit: Rigidity and IsolationFitting the PQ1 kit is intended to offer superb cabinet rigidity and stability, letting a Q7 Meta or Q11 Meta be positioned optimally in a room without rocking or shifting underfoot.

The spikes also help isolate the speaker from the floor and minimise resonance, an isolation path that keeps floor-borne vibration from feeding back into the cabinet and colouring bass output.

PQ1 Spike Kit: Set of EightThe kit is supplied as a full set of eight spikes and matching base cups, enough to fit both speakers of a stereo Q7 Meta or Q11 Meta pair with four points of contact each.
