Classic PSU: Silicon Carbide RectificationClassic PSU is a technically advanced supply that can be thought of as a compact version of the HD PREAMP’s own power supply, built around carbide silicon diodes with essentially no recovery time for totally smooth rectification.

Cascades of silent regulators follow the rectification stage, delivering a perfectly stable DC current for the Classic-line component it is powering.

Classic PSU: A Shared Reference SupplyClassic PSU is compatible with Nagra’s CD range, the VPS phono stage, JAZZ, Melody, and the more recent Classic DAC II, Classic PREAMP, HD DAC and TUBE DAC.

Any of those components draws on the same reference-grade supercapacitor supply, letting one Classic PSU serve as the shared power foundation for a Nagra-based system.
