The Active RebelThe ZERO iTRON is a fully active 3-way loudspeaker with 2 x 10 watt iTRON current amplifiers and 1 x 400 watt Class D subwoofer amplifier. The new edition of the ZERO series combines the minimalist design that was awarded with the German Design Award in Gold, the spherical horn technology and the innovative iTRON current amplifier technology in perfect symbiosis.

Spherical Horns. XM1 and XT2.The XM1 midrange driver features a spherical wave horn with a 400 mm diameter, a length of 190 mm and a horn throat opening of 75 mm. Its generous dimensions allow it to easily cover the 250 Hz to 4,000 Hz frequency range, delivering exceptional sensitivity of 107 dB.
The XT2 tweeter unit features a recessed tweeter horn and an extended supertweeter frequency range. Its ring-shaped diaphragm extends the frequency range up to 22,000 Hz with 107 dB sensitivity, ensuring greater clarity, focus and harmonic resolution as well as a fuller and more natural sound.

Z12 Bass DriverThe new Z12 12 inch bass driver combines a 3 inch voice coil and a double spider for high power handling and very low distortion values. The handmade, sieved paper diaphragm is protected by an elegantly shaped, removable fabric cover.

iTRON Active Power ModulePatented iTRON current amplifier technology turns the ZERO iTRON into an active speaker. The patented voltage/current converter gives perfect control of cone acceleration - for the ultimate sound.
The iTRON electronics use a fully balanced, zero-feedback Class-A/AB circuit delivering 2 x 10 watts to the horn drivers. Connectivity includes an XLR input, a 12 VDC trigger input and an XLR daisy chain output, with signal-controlled automatic switch-on and automatic standby after 20 minutes.
