MATRIX AUDIO TT-1

TT-1: Five Digital Outputs From One TransportTT-1 offers five separate digital outputs: coaxial RCA, optical Toslink, AES/EBU on XLR, a USB-DAC connection, and I2S-LVDS carried over an HDMI connector - covering essentially every common way to feed an outboard DAC.

Supported formats reach PCM 32-bit/768kHz and native DSD512, figures that apply across the transport’s digital output paths.

TT-1: Built-In NVMe Storage and NAS FunctionAn NVMe SSD slot on the underside of the chassis lets TT-1 carry its own local music library rather than depending entirely on network storage or streaming services.

Using the SMB protocol, other computers and streamers on the same network can access that storage directly, letting a single TT-1 double as a small NAS for the rest of a household’s network audio system.

TT-1: Dual Femtosecond ClocksTwo ultra-low phase noise femtosecond clocks are built in, one dedicated to the 44.1kHz sample-rate family and the other to the 48kHz family, so each set of related sample rates is served by a clock tuned specifically for it.

TT-1 also supports Wi-Fi 6 for wireless network connection, though Matrix Audio recommends a wired Ethernet connection for the most stable transfer of the highest-resolution files.

TT-1: External Linear Power OptionA DC power input lets TT-1 be run from an outboard external linear power supply instead of its internal supply, unlocking a further step in performance for owners willing to add a dedicated power supply.

When both an external DC supply and the internal AC supply are connected simultaneously, TT-1 automatically prioritises the external supply - a compact 280 x 82 x 210mm chassis with room to grow into a larger system.
