Spike Kit: An Additional Set of 4The Nagra Spike Kit is an additional set of 4 spike units, sold separately from the VFS platform for systems that need more spikes than the three supplied with a single VFS, or for use under a different component entirely.

Nagra build the Spike Kit from the same materials as the spikes supplied with the VFS, so a system can standardise on one spike type across multiple components.

Spike Kit: ARCAp Alloy ConstructionEach spike is machined from ARCAp, a fully non-magnetic copper-nickel-zinc alloy - chosen specifically so the spike itself introduces no magnetic interference near sensitive audio circuitry.

The non-magnetic property matters most directly beneath phono stages, cartridges, and other components sensitive to stray magnetic fields.

Spike Kit: Delrin TipsThe tip of each spike is Delrin resin, a material Nagra selected for sitting between metal and plastic in terms of strength, hardness and stability - hard enough to couple firmly, without the harshness of a bare metal point.

This tip material is the same used across Nagra’s VFS and Spike Kit products, keeping the isolation characteristics consistent whichever Nagra spike accessory a system uses.

Spike Kit: Ultimate Vibration ProtectionNagra position the Spike Kit as protection from vibration for any Nagra HiFi component, not solely the VFS platform - a simple, focused accessory rather than a full isolation system in its own right.

For a component that does not sit on a VFS platform, the Spike Kit alone still provides a defined, engineered contact point in place of a component’s stock feet.
